Massachusetts real estate firm nets profitable transactions in first weeks of chat services
A family-owned and operated real estate firm in Massachusetts set out to capture leads in the virtual world by equipping their website with an innovative chat service.

After a two-month test period, Conway was set to pilot ReadyChat services with real customers in January 2013. In the first 30 days, the pilot increased real estate leads by 15 percent. After 60 days, quality leads increased by 20 percent. During that same period, Conway closed on two deals delivered through ReadyChat that totaled nearly a million dollars.
